¡Hola! Soy Evangelina Riveros. Nací, crecí en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Gran parte de mi familia vive allí y una pequeña parte aquí en Florida. Hace casi 20 años vivo en este país que adopté y en donde encontré personas hermosas, lugares mágicos y toda la naturaleza que me gusta disfrutar y ver cada día. Mi formación universitaria inicial fue en mi país, me recibí de arquitecta, ejercí por algunos años y luego me dediqué a la enseñanza. Me interesaban los idiomas, los paisajes naturales, historia, arquitectura y viajar a otras geografías. Por eso empecé a formarme para educadora bilingüe. Comencé mis primeros pasos en la enseñanza de idiomas en mi país y luego aquí continúe estudiando y ensenando desde nivel primario a secundario, predominando el trabajo en salones bilingües. ¡Manejar otros idiomas nos da un súper poder!!!Nos da una visión del mundo muy diferente y así apreciamos mucho mas todo lo que nos rodea!!
Hi! I am Evangelina Riveros. I was born and grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Much of my family lives there and a small part here in Florida. I have lived for almost 20 years in this country that I adopted and where I found beautiful people, magical places, and all the nature that I like to enjoy and see every day. My initial university training was in my country, I received my degree as an architect, I practiced for some years and then I dedicated myself to teaching. I was interested in languages, natural landscapes, history, architecture, and traveling to other geographies. That is why I began to train as a bilingual educator. I started my first steps in teaching languages in my country and then here I continue studying and teaching from primary to secondary level, predominantly working in bilingual classrooms. Handling other languages gives us a superpower!!! It gives us a very different vision of the world and thus we appreciate much more everything that surrounds us!!
