Hola, mi nombre es Natalia Andrea Contreras Gutierrez. Soy de un hermoso país llamado Colombia. He sido maestra por más de 15 años y he tenido la oportunidad de enseñar en diversos contextos y países. Por esta experiencia me considero una persona bilingüe y bicultural. Soy licenciada en aprendizaje de idiomas; obtuve mi primera Maestría en Colombia para la enseñanza de idiomas a nivel de primaria y secundaria de la Universidad Surcolombiana; además, recibí mi segundo grado de Maestría en TESOL en la universidad de Greensboro en Carolina del Norte. Me siento muy afortunada y emocionada de ser parte de la escuela Bryant Webster y de las Escuelas Públicas de Denver y espero ver pronto a mis estudiantes y familias para empezar esta hermosa aventura de aprendizajes.
Hello, my name is Natalia Andrea Contreras Gutierrez. I am from a beautiful country called Colombia. I have been a teacher for more than 15 years and have had the opportunity to teach in various contexts and countries. Because of this experience, I consider myself a bilingual and bicultural person. I have a degree in language learning; I obtained my first Master’s Degree in Colombia for the teaching of languages at the primary and secondary level from Surcolombiana University; In addition, I received my second Master’s degree in TESOL from the University of Greensboro in North Carolina. I feel very lucky and excited to be a part of Bryant Webster School and the Denver Public Schools and I look forward to seeing my students and families soon to begin this wonderful learning adventure.
