Por favor, deje a los estudiantes en la zona indicada en el mapa que se muestra a continuación. Si los estudiantes llegan tarde, deben entrar por la puerta principal y presentarse en la oficina principal.

La campana de entrada de Bryant-Webster suena a las 8:20 am y la campana de salida suena a las 3:20 pm. Supervisión para los estudiantes estará disponible en el patio de recreo y en la cafetería empezando a las 7:45 a.m., no antes.

• Los estudiantes de 1º a 6º grado se formarán afuera en el patio trasero por número de salón y los maestros los recogerán para comenzar su día.
• Los estudiantes de ECE y Kindergarten se formarán afuera de sus salones asignados;
• los estudiantes de 7mo y 8vo grado entrarán por las puertas de la entrada principal y procederán directamente a la cafetería si desean desayunar, de lo contrario, deberán permanecer afuera y entrar al edificio hasta las 8:20 am.

Salida de Estudiantes

Todos los maestros recogerán y sacarán a sus estudiantes del edificio como se indica en la siguiente ilustración. Para mantener la seguridad de los niños y evitar que los pasillos se congestionen, pedimos a los padres/tutores que esperen a sus alumnos fuera del edificio escolar. Los alumnos mayores pueden reunirse con sus hermanos menores en las zonas designadas fuera del edificio escolar.

Si usted no ha completado la inscripción o hecho los pagos para su(s) estudiante(s) por favor pase por la oficina principal antes del 31 de agosto.

• La inscripción de ECE4 para el año escolar 2023-2024 es administrada por UPK Colorado.

SALIDA TEMPRANO

Política DE BRYANT-WEBSTER sobre teléfonos CELULARES

Los teléfonos celulares no deben ser usados en la escuela, SIN EXCEPCIONES.

TODOS los estudiantes de 6º a 8º que decidan traer un teléfono celular a la escuela deben usar una bolsa Yondr. La política de Yondr incluye un depósito de $25 por adelantado, que será devuelto al final del año a los estudiantes que han mantenido sus bolsas en buenas condiciones.

Pague el depósito de $25 de Yondr a través de la aplicación MySchoolBucks o directamente en la oficina.

Conéctese con el Departamento de Medicaid de DPS

El Departamento de Medicaid de DPS ayuda a las familias a solicitar seguro médico gratuito o de bajo costo, incluyendo Health First Colorado (Medicaid) y CHP+ y asistencia alimentaria SNAP. Please drop off students at the area indicated by the map shown below. If students are late to arrive, they should enter through the front door and check in at the main office. 

Bryant-Webster’s first bell rings at 8:20 am and the dismissal bell rings at 3:20 pm. Supervision for students will be available on the playground and in the cafeteria beginning at 7:45 a.m., not before.

• Students in grades 1 to 6 will line up outside on the blacktop by room number and teachers will pick them up to begin their day.
• ECE and Kindergarten students will line up outside their assigned classrooms;
• Students in 7th and 8th grades enter through the main entrance doors and proceed directly to the cafeteria if they want to eat breakfast, otherwise, they will need to stay outside and enter the building until 8:20 am.

• 8:25 am – Tardy bell 
• 3:20 pm – Dismissal Bell 

Student Dismissal 

All teachers will pick up and dismiss their students into and out of the building as indicated in the illustration below. In order to keep children safe and avoid congestion in the hallways, we ask parents/guardians to wait for their students outside of the school building. Older students may meet younger siblings at their designated areas outside the school building.

   • Pay the $25 registration fee through MySchoolBucks
     • Follow these instructions to guide you through the online registration process and how to make payments.

Round 2 of SchoolChoice

We still have space for grades Kinder-8th Grade. Spread the word with your family and friends if you think they would benefit from our program.

Round 2 for the 2023-24 school year opens on April 28 at 10 a.m. and ends on August 31, 2023.

Round 2 of SchoolChoice is for:

• Families who did not take part in Round 1 (ECE3, ECE4, and 9th Grade)
• Families who are new to Bryant-Webster.
• To submit a Round 2 application sign into your SchoolChoice account to apply to Bryant-Webster.
• If you don’t have an account, you can create one using your email address or a current Parent Portal login. You can also call the Choice Hotline at 720-423-3493 for assistance with submitting a Round 2 application.
• ECE4 enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is managed by UPK Colorado. 
  • Apply through UPK Colorado and also apply for SchoolChoice Round 2.

Early Release

This school year there will be early release days. Every first Tuesday of the month classes will end at 1:00 pm. See the school calendar below for reference.

A company is donating bikes and helmets to all 2nd-grade students. A waiver was sent with your student on Friday, August 25. Please fill out, sign, and return the waiver before Friday, September 1 in order for your child to receive the bike.

For Students in Kinder-8th grade

Cell phones are not to be used at school, NO EXCEPTIONS.

ALL 6th-8th students who choose to bring a cell phone to school must use a Yondr pouch. The Yondr policy includes a $25 deposit upfront, which will be returned at the end of the year to students who have kept their pouches in good condition.

Pay the $25 Yondr deposit through the MySchoolBucks app or directly at the office.

STUDENTS WITH NO PHONE ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS CHARGE.

For students who have not paid the $25 deposit to use the Yondr Bag, an invoice will be added to their accounts.

DPS’ Medicaid Department helps families apply for free or low-cost health insurance, including Health First Colorado (Medicaid) and CHP+ and SNAP food assistance. We offer one-on-one appointments at any DPS school site. Additionally, we assist families with re-enrollment and utilizing their benefits.
